At The Roundhouse, the health and wellbeing of our guests, family and staff is, and always will be, our highest priority and we do everything we can to ensure our guests have a safe and enjoyable stay.
We used the period of closure during the last lockdown to plan for a range of possibilities to ensure that when we reopened on 17th May 2021, we were able to give you the confidence that we could do so safely. We are proud that The Roundhouse has fulfilled the necessary criteria to be awarded the Visit Britain "Good to Go" certificate and has received accreditation from the World Health Organisation for "Infection, Prevention and Control for Novel Coronavirus (COVID19)". We have also received the AA "COVID-19 Confident" accreditation, as well as the World Travel Council's "Safe Travels" stamp. This stamp enables our international travellers to recognise destinations around the world which have adopted global standardised protocols to make their stay a COVID-19 secure one.
We communicate clearly and frequently with our guests via remote media, prior to and during their stay, outlining policies and extra safety measures currently in place at The Roundhouse to keep everybody safe. We recognise the situation is still unsettling and that you may have concerns about your upcoming stay. During this period of uncertainty, we are actively monitoring the Coronavirus (COVID-19) updates from the WHO and following the advice of UK Government, public health authorities and medical professionals.
