We communicate clearly and frequently with our guests via remote media, prior to and during their stay, outlining policies and extra safety measures currently in place at The Roundhouse to keep everybody safe.  

As the guidelines regarding the pandemic are constantly changing, we actively monitor the Coronavirus (COVID-19) updates from the WHO and follow the advice of UK Government, public health authorities and medical professionals. 

While we are delighted to see a total relaxation of all prior restrictions, we remain keenly aware of the need to remain vigilant. Therefore some of the additional measures that were in  place throughout the pandemic to help reduce the spread of COVID at The Roundhouse will remain in place. 

These include: 

Hand sanitiser is provided for use before entering the building and at other contact points within The Roundhouse. 

Special attention is given to frequently sanitise public contact points such as front door number pad, door handles, banisters and stair rails.  

Deep cleaning and sanitising is undertaken on checkout of all rooms - including virucidal fogging of all surfaces and soft furnishings. 

While face coverings are no longer required within hospitality settings, we fully support any guest who would prefer to continue wearing a mask in The Roundhouse.
